About the artist
Hey! I´m Gesine, a self-taught artist who creates intutive art inspired by the heart. My artistic practice is all about exploring colors, organic shapes, delicate lines and playful techniques, allowing each artwork to unfold naturally and spontaneously. I combine soft pastel tones or warm, vibrant colours with compositions ranging from dynamic and expressive to meditative and poetic. In 2026, I had the wonderful opportunity to exhibit eight of my artworks internationally at the "Art in Bloom" exhibition in Chongqing, China.
My creative process unfolds in two ways: either by surrendering to my heart-led intuition, letting it guide my choice of colours and shapes from moment to moment, or by bringing to life inner visions that appear like snapshots of finished paintings. Like a gentle invitation to embrace the qualities of the heart, my art inspires the viewers to open to the voice of their heart, let go of expectations, and reconnect with the lightness, playfulness, and the carefree joy of simply being.
